Mold injection molding is a processing method used in the mass production of some parts with complex shapes. The specific process is to introduce the heated plastic raw materials into the mold cavity of the injection mold through the nozzle hole, the flow channel and the feed port, and obtain the plastic molding products after cooling and curing.
Because the nozzle hole, flow channel and feed inlet of the existing injection mold are set in the middle of the mold cavity, and the mold cavity is located directly below the nozzle hole, flow channel and feed inlet, the injection molded products will leave a rubber hole at the position corresponding to the feed inlet on the front, which will affect the appearance of the products.
In order to solve the above problems, the existing method is to increase the size of the injection mold to set the mold cavity at the side of the feed opening. The rubber mouth of the product molded by the injection mold with this structure will be at the side, thus solving the problems of the existing technology. However, the large size of this injection mold will increase the cost of mold opening.
